If XPS mineral injection oil is not
available, API TC high-quality low ash
2-stroke injection oil may be used.
XPS mineral injection oil is a special
blend of basic oil and additives spe-
cially selected to ensure unequalled lu-
brication, engine cleanliness and mini-
mum spark plug fouling.
NOTICE
Never use 4-stroke pe-
troleum or synthetic motor oil and
never mix these with outboard mo-
tor oil. Do not use NMMA TC-W,
TC-W2 or TC-W3 outboard 2-stroke
engine oils or ashless 2-stroke en-
gine oils. Avoid mixing different
brands of API TC oil as resulting
chemical reactions may cause se-
vere engine damage.
WARNING
Do not overfill. Reinstall cap and
fullytighten. Wipeoffanyoil
spills. Oil is highly flammable.

NOTICE
If XPS synthetic oil (Win-
ter grade) is not available, use SAE
0W 40 synthetic-based oil that meets
or exceeds the requirements for API
service classification SM, SL or SJ.
Always check the API service label
certification on the oil container,
it must contain at least one of the
above standards. This is the only
recommended viscosity to ensure
proper cold start and optimum en-
gine protection at high RPM and
temperature.
WARNING
Do not overfill. Reinstall dipstick
securely. Wipe off any oil spills.
Oil is highly flammable.
