Option Values Function Notes
Power saving mode
Enable
Disable
Enables or disables power saving
mode
Enabled by default.
When enabled, power saving mode
activates after 90 minutes of inactivity.
Enabling Power saving mode makes
RS-232 control of the display
unavailable until the display is turned
on using the power button on the
front control panel .

Select a default input when the
display is turned on.
OPS is enabled by default.
Use default touch settings

Disabled
Sets the number of touch points. Default is Enabled.
Select Enabled to use 10 touch points.
Select Disabled to use 20 touch

Disabled
When enabled, RS-232 can be used
to turn on the display from low power
state (soft off).
Default is Disabled.
HDMI [connector number]-
EDID version
Default
EDID 1.4
EDID 2.0
Sets the HDMI-EDID version of the
display’s active HDMI connector to
Default, EDID 1.4 or EDID 2.0.
NOTE
Default is selected by default.
When Default is selected, the display
automatically detects a connected
device’s HDMI-EDID version and
switches the display's HDMI
connector between EDID 1.4 and 2.0.
This feature might not work
consistently for older or non-
compliant EDID 1.4 devices.
Update
Option Values Function Notes
Firmware version
[N/A] Shows technical information about
the display’s scalar firmware.
To see the firmware version use the
About option (see About on the next
page.
Update
[N/A] Checks for updates to the system
software
If an update is available, the text
changes to Apply update now.
NOTE
The display must be connected to
the Internet to check for system
software updates. Check the
display’s network settings.
