Parameters for connected sensors (Sensor evaluation)
The EX245 can evaluate input signals of several types of sensors, for example, one channel sensor, two
channel equivalent or non-equivalent sensor.
Parameters must be assigned according to the connected sensor.
The parameter specifies how to evaluate the sensor input signal in EX245.
When it is “1oo1” (i.e., one out of one), an input signal of an input N (N = 0…7) is directly copied to input
data N.
When it is “1oo2” (i.e., one out of two), two input signals from input N and N+4 are compared and input
data N is determined.
The parameter specifies “equivalent” or “non-equivalent” type of input signal when “1oo2” is specified in
the sensor evaluation parameter.
In case of “1oo2 2-channel non-equivalent”, logic of an input data from ch2 is inverted and then
evaluated with the inverted value.
