Setting of the analogue free span function
Press the SET button.
Press the UP and DOWN button to set the flow value that will be output 5 V (10 V) or 20 mA.
A flow value can be set in the range from 10% of the maximum rated control flow to the maximum
displayable value.
Press the SET button.
Returns to the [F22 Analog out] analogue output settings.
Completion of the [F22 Analog out] analogue output settings
Press the UP or DOWN button to
change the value.
Select [Free span].
