■[F98 Output check] Checking output signal
The operation of the system can be checked by forcibly switching the output ON/OFF operation without
applying the flow rate.
<Operation>
Operate the UP or DOWN button in function selection mode to select [F98 Output check].
Press the SET button. Shifts to the settings of each item.
Normal output
Press the SET button.

Press the SET button on one of the pages.
Returns to the [F98 Output check] output signal check.
Check the current output signal.
Select Normal.
