Possible causes
1.
Calibration was not successful.
2. There is dust or stain on the surface of the glass platform.
3.
filament residue on the nozzle.
4. There is foreign matter on the heated bed surface.
5. Incorrect print parameters.
6.
The quality of filaments is not up to standard.
Solution
1. Re-level the heated bed.
a)
On the touchscreen, click Calibration > heated bed Leveling to re-level the heated bed.
b)
After the leveling is completed, click Calibrate > Calibrate Verification, and print the
calibration model to judge whether the calibration is successful. If unsuccessful, repeat

Reduce the printing speed of the start layer.
c) Increase the starting floor height.
d)
Increase the trace width of the start layer.
