Troubleshooting and Maintenance
Error Code Fault Diagnosis and Solutions
IE:0x00000008 PEGround_Fault PE grounding fault.
Unplug the charging connector from the EV;
If the "Fault" indicator is off, check the EV
whether it is normal;
If not, confirm that the AC input cable and all
its wires are intact;
Contact installers for help.
IE:0x00000010 OverLeakCurr_Fault 6 mA leakage current fault.
Unplug the charging connector from the EV;
Power off the EV-Charger and check if the
grid status is normal;
After that, power on again and try charging;
Contact installers for help.
IE:0x00000020 PELeakCurr_Fault PE leakage current fault.
Same as Error Code IE:0x00000010.
IE:0x00000040 OverLoad_Fault Over power fault.
Unplug the charging connector from the EV;
If the "Fault" indicator is off, re-plug in and try
charging the EV again;
If the "Fault" indicator persists, check the EV
whether it is normal;
Contact installers for help.
IE:0x00000100 OverVoltL1_Fault L1 phase overvoltage fault.
Confirm that the grid voltage is within the
working range;
If the "Fault" indicator is off, try charging the
EV again;
If not, set the value of "Overvoltage Limit" to
a proper range, the buzzer will beep after the
value is saved;
If the "Fault" indicator is off, try charging the
EV again;
Contact installers for help.
IE:0x00000200 UnderVoltL1_Fault L1 phase undervoltage fault.
Confirm that the grid voltage is within the
working range;
If the "Fault" indicator is off, try charging the
EV again;
If not, set the value of "Undervoltage Limit" to
a proper range, the buzzer will beep after the
value is saved;
If the "Fault" indicator is off, try charging the
EV again;
