5-1. Erasing the Error History
1) Select the menu as follows. Control → Macro, and select
ErrHistClear.ttl.
Press “Open”. (Fig. 5-1, 5-2)

2) Press the “RESET” button (SW101) of the jig as prompted by the display.
3) Check that the message “completed!” appears. (Fig. 5-3)
