Vibration
- Secure the Handrails -
The handrails of the treadmill need to be adjusted. Replacing the existing
washers with thicker ones will make the handrails more secure.
NOTE: Take care not to use power tools on the long handrail
bolt, as this will break the bolt in the handrail.

A - Plug in tread
B - Elevate the treadmill
, then unplug
C - Remove the two long bolts that hold the
handrails to the base of the treadmill.
D - Replace the existing washers with the new
thicker washer for added stability.
CAUTION: Do not use power tools. The bolt can
break in the handrail.
