ATTENTION
Remove the complete connecting rods (1) for the unused lifting units, unless a guide
system (2) was provided by the weaving machine manufacturer.
Never allow the part 1b of the connecting rod to raise by itself.

5.6.1 - SPEED REDUCING RATIO CHANGE TMU35-CHR002.3
The bevel gear reducing ratio change (bevel wheel (1) + bevel gear (2)) is done during a weave
repeat change.
The ratio (4, 5 or 6) is engraved on both the bevel wheel (1) and the gear (2).

- Replace the bevel wheel (1) (See "Removal / replacement of the bevel wheel", page 27).
- Replace the bevel gear (2) (See "Removal / replacement of the bevel gear", page 28).
ATTENTION
The bevel wheel (1) + gear (2) is paired, thus you must replace both components.
Replacing only one element of the pair will result in the deterioration of the other.
ATTENTION
Incorrect adjustment of the gear may cause the bevel gear to break.
