Staubli Cam Motion 1781 - 5.6.5 - CAMS DISASSEMBLY

Note :
Do not apply oil or grease to the shaft of the gear (1) that will be in contact with the
sleeve (4).

- Tighten the screws (6), (7) of the locking ring (4).
ATTENTION
Tighten to a torque of 77 Nm in the following order:
- (6) screw.
- 2 screws (7).
- Replace the cam shaft
(See "Removing/Replacing the complete cam shaft", page 23).
- Adjust the drive gear and pinion (See "Removing/Replacing the complete cam shaft", page
23).
Note :

Be careful to place the clamping ring (4) so that it bears equally on the 2 shafts.

- Remove the assembly of the hub flange (6) + bevel wheel (7).
