5.6.2 - REMOVING/REPLACING THE COMPLETE CAM SHAFT TMM50-DAC002.2
Prerequisites:
- Removing the covers (See "Installation of the cover", page 15)
- Actuate the leveller to level the cam motion lifting units
Tools:
- Special STÄUBLI end piece No. F.140.139.00.
- STÄUBLI lifting tool no. F.291.108.01.
- Torque wrench M12.

- Position the cam motion to have access to the two mounting screws (9) of the hub (8) of
the bevel wheel (7).
- Remove the plugs (4).
- Remove the 2 screws (3) from the bearing (9) using the special fitting.
- Loosen the 6 mounting screws (6) on the bevel wheel (7).
- Loosen the 2 screws (9) on the hub (8) of the bevel wheel (7).
- Disengage the bevel wheel (7) from the bevel gear (2).
