Procedure:

ATTENTION

After an extended operation which required all the covers to be removed, clean the

filter (3) after a few hours of operation.

- Unscrew the cover (1).

- Withdraw and clean the filter (3) and the magnet (2) located under the cover (1).

- Lubricate the cover seal (1) with oil.

- After reassembly, check that you have closed the cover (1) correctly, since the intake of air

could prevent oil from flowing through the pump.

Tools / Servicing materials:

- LOCTITE 518.

- Drain connection (2) STÄUBLI No. F.295.070.01, option.

- oil (See "Table of equivalent oils and greases", page 41).

Recommended amount (See "Filling the cam motion", page 13).

Frequency:

- Mineral oil:

• The first oil change is to be performed after 500 hours of operation.
