You can also test the cable by using a PC computer tower cable temporarily. If none of these steps work, the power supply might be faulty.

      If liquid transfer isn't happening or isn't accurate during a protocol run with your STEMCELL Laboratory Equipment, the hydraulic fluid bottle may be empty. Refill it and run the Prime protocol 3-5 times.

Ensure it's fully inserted and flush against the carousel. Also, if the RoboSep™-S arm was disturbed during a protocol run, note the step, abort the run, and either finish the separation manually or restart the protocol with a new sample.

Refill the hydraulic fluid bottle and ensure the connection between the bottle and tubing is secure by disconnecting and firmly reconnecting the quick connect.

      If hydraulic fluid is sputtering out of the tip head or there's particulate matter in the hydraulic fluid lines of your RoboSep™-S Laboratory Equipment by STEMCELL, it indicates hydraulic fluid line contamination. Replace the contents of the hydraulic fluid bottle with 70% isopropanol or ethanol and prime the system more than 4 times. Let the alcohol sit in the line for 1 hour. Then, replace the alcohol with sterile deionized water and prime more than 5 times.

      If you're experiencing tip stripping failure with your RoboSep™-S Laboratory Equipment by STEMCELL, it could be due to plastic buildup on the tip head. Clean the tip head using RoboSep™ Tip Head Polishing Compound. Do not use ethanol.
