      If you cannot add protocols in the My Protocols tab of your RoboSep™-S Laboratory Equipment by STEMCELL, it's likely because protocols are assigned to a quadrant. Remove any protocols assigned to a quadrant first, then add protocols to a user profile.

      If the robotic arm of your RoboSep™-S Laboratory Equipment by STEMCELL is stuck and bouncing in a fully extended position, the homing flag on the carousel may be misaligned. Power off the instrument and manually move the arm all the way down. Then, restart the instrument.
