5. DRAIN PUMP malfunction.
6. Sump Water Level Sensor 1PRS malfunction.
7. Booster/Holding Tank Water Level Sensor 2PRS malfunctions.
8. Control Board malfunction.
9. Soft start not operational
COMPONENT FUNCTION.
Door not staying closed during wash.
1. Roller and cam mechanism not adjusted as outlined under DOOR
ADJUSTMENT.
2. Door spring malfunction.
3. Other door components malfunction.
Machine will not drain.
1. Drain hoses restricted.
2. Dishwasher needs power cycled.
3.
DRAIN PUMP malfunction.
4. Door open during power down.
5. Control Board malfunction.
6. Sump water level sensor 1PRS malfunction including pressure sensor
tubing and water trap.
Some water occasionally drips out of
rinse arms.
1. This is normal due to expansion of water being heated in the booster
tank.
Booster or holding tank takes too long
to fill or won't fill.
1. Low water pressure.
2. Clogged hose strainer.
3. No water flow.
4. Fill valve malfunction.
5. Fill valve fuse F2 open.
6. Water level sensor 2PRS malfunction including hose and water trap.
7. Control board malfunction.
8. 1PRS and 2PRS may be wired backwards.
Chemicals not feeding
1. Low supply or tubing not positioned in bottle correctly.
2. Pumps not primed.
3. Air in lines.
4. Lines kinked.
5. Amount not programmed correctly.
6. Chemical Sensors malfunction.
7. Control Board malfunction.
8. Pinched tubing.
