Protect drive belts from lubricants!

8 PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
Disconnect the power supply before preven-
tive maintenance.
The machine requires little maintenance. All bearings
are permanently lubricated.
8.1 PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
Open the table plates and service door for mainte-
nance and servicing as follows:
On left and right side of table plates (10/1) remove
phillips head screws and open table plates com-
pletely.
Open service door (10/2). The motor power circuit is
interrupted when the service door is opened.
After completing the work close service door (10/2).
Close table plates (10/1) carefully, using both
hands. Mount screws again.
1. Blow out sealing unit and fan with compressed air.
2. Remove cover over heating element.
Clean heating element with ne emergy cloth (do
not bend heating element).
First allow heating element to cool down.
3. Check the power cable and plug for damage.
4. Check the three drive belts for wear, replace if
necessary
