Build Head Calibration
A build head calibration is only required if:
• Switching between build heads.
• Build head is determined to be no longer in calibration (i.e. first layer inconsistency or
failure).
1. Ensure that there is no tray installed in the printer. The build head will be calibrated to the
glass for first layer accuracy.
2. Clean the build head and glass so there is no resin or residue on either surface.
Residue and debris build-up can cause poor calibration. Ensure the build head and
midplate glass are completely cleaned.
