Troubleshooting Issues and Solutions
Stuck Build Head Mitigation Procedure
The following is the step-by-step procedure for mitigation when a build head is stuck in the
resin tray and unable to home.
Procedure
1. Contact Stratasys Customer Support to enable the printer’s Dev Mode.
2. Reboot the printer by using the power button located on the back of the printer.
3. Select the System tab on the printer UI.
