② PFL Trim and Mute
In PFL mode, PFL Trim attenuates the incoming signal from a channel to compensate for the
level difference between PFL and AFL signals. The attenuation ranges for 0dB to -76dB.
Default is 0dB. Adjust the Level value by touching and dragging the virtual PFL Trim rotary
encoder on the touch screen. Double press the parameter frame to set it as default.
Touch the Mute button to mute the Monitor Bus (button turns red). Touch again to unmute the
Monitor Bus mute. Default is unmuted.
③ Meter Display
Displays the level of the Monitor Bus output signal in real time.
OSCILLATOR
The digiLiVE’s Oscillator is designed to allow you to test and calibrate your entire PA system
during system setup. All parameters can be preset before the Oscillator is activated.
① Off/On Switch
Touch the button to switch on the Oscillator (button changes colour from orange to green,
label changes from OFF to ON). Touch again to switch off the Oscillator. Default is OFF.
② Level
The oscillator level ranges from -80dBu to +10dBu. Default is -30dBu.
The level can be adjusted by touching and dragging the on-screen encoder.
③ Type
Select an Oscillator type (Pink Noise, White Noise or a pure Sine Wave) by tapping the list to
select the required type. Pink noise is the most useful type for testing and equalising
loudspeakers in rooms and venues.
④ Frequency
Sets the frequency of the Sine Wave in the range 10Hz to 20kHz. Default is 1kHz.
The level can be adjusted by touching and dragging the on-screen encoder.
⑤ Destination
Touch an Output buss button (AUX1, AUX2 and L-R) to route the Oscillator output to the
selected bus or busses.
