Transport and Storage
3.1 Precautions
• Failure to transport and store the product in accordance with the requirements
in this manual may invalidate the warranty.
3.2 Transport Methods
ESS can be transported by road and sea. The ESS is highly integrated and easy to hoist,
which facilitates its transport.
ESS can be transported by truck in the country.
3.3 Requirements for Transportation
All devices in the ESS have been installed and fixed before leaving the factory, and they can
be hoisted and transported as a whole during transportation.
In the whole process of loading, unloading, and transportation, the safe operation
regulations of ESS in the country/region where the project is located must be
observed!
• All tools used for the ESS and during operation shall be properly maintained.
• All personnel engaged in loading, unloading and anchoring should have
received relative training, especially in safety.
During the whole process of loading, unloading and transportation, the
mechanical parameters (overall dimensions and weight) of the ESS should
always be kept in mind.
The following conditions should be met for the transportation of ESS:
• All cabinet doors are locked.
• Select appropriate crane or lifting tool according to the site conditions. The lifting tool
used shall have a sufficient load bearing capacity, boom length and radius of rotation.
• Additional traction may be required if ESS needs to be transported on slopes.
