Troubleshooting
When the ESS changes abnormally, it is recommended to conduct preliminary investigation
through the faults and troubleshooting methods described in the following LC200 manual.

If you still cannot solve the problem or still have questions with the help of the manual,
please contact SUNGROW. It is recommended to provide the following information
synchronously after powering on again:
• Models and serial numbers of the ESS and internal equipment
• Fault information and brief description
• If possible, provide photos of the fault site
