1 Close the AC main circuit breaker QF1(AC MAIN SWITCH). The AC side of the PCS is
powered up.
2 Close the auxiliary power switch Q1(AUX POWER).
3 Close the power switch of the BESS 1# Q2(AC400V 1#).
4 Close the power switch of the BESS 2# Q3(AC400V 2#).
5 Close the AC device power switch Q4(AC POWER). The AC devices such as fans are
powered up.
6 Close the DC device power switch Q5 (DC POWER). The DC devices such as
controllers and switches are powered up.
7 Rotate the handle of the HV DC switch QS1 on the PCS cabinet to "ON". The power
board is powered up (Skip this step if no off-grid transformer cabinet is equipped).
step 3 Power up the BESS cabinet.
1 Close the auxiliary power switch Q1.
2 Press to start the UPS (Skip this step if no UPS is equipped).
3 Close the DC power switch of the power board Q2.
4 Rotate the handle of the HV DC switch QS1 on the switchgear to "ON". The power
board is powered up.

7.2 Shutdown
7.2.1 Planned Powering Down
step 1 Power-down preparations: Stop the system through the software, and disconnect the
battery relay (In emergencies, press the emergency stop button on the cabinet).
step 2 Power down the PCS cabinet.
1 Disconnect the DC device power switch Q5(DC POWER).
2 Disconnect the AC device power switch Q4(AC POWER).
3 Disconnect the power switch of the BESS 2# Q3(AC400V 2#).
4 Disconnect the power switch of the BESS 1# Q2(AC400V 1#).
5 Disconnect the auxiliary power switch Q1(AUX POWER).
6 Rotate the handle of the HV DC switch QS1 on the PCS cabinet to "OFF" (Skip this step
if no off-grid transformer cabinet is equipped).
7 Disconnect the AC main circuit breaker QF1(AC MAIN SWITCH).
8 Rotate the handle of AC and DC load switches of each PCS to "OFF".
step 3 Power down the BESS cabinet.
