• Insert the inner tube into the outer tube and install the oil seal
6 using the special tool.
% 09940-52861: Front fork oil seal installer
• Install the oil seal stopper ring 7.

Make sure that the oil seal stopper ring is fitted securely.
• Install the dust seal 8.
• Install the front fork protecter 9.
NOTE:
Fit the projection of the front fork protecter to the depression of
the front fork outer tube.
CYLINDER BOLT
• Apply THREAD LOCK “1342” 1 to the cylinder bolt and tighten
it to the specified torque using a 6-mm hexagon wrench and
the special tools.

Use a new damper rod bolt gasket 2 to prevent oil
