• Pull the dust boot 1 out and remove the circlip 2.

• Remove the piston/secondary cup, primary cup and spring.

MASTER CYLINDER INSPECTION
MASTER CYLINDER
Inspect the master cylinder bore for any scratches or other
damage.
PISTON
Inspect the piston surface for any scratches or other damage.
RUBBER PARTS
Inspect the primary cup, secondary cup and dust seal for wear or
damage.
