PILOT SCREW
• After cleaning, reinstall the pilot screw to the original setting
by turning the screw in until it lightly seats, and then turn it out
the same number of turns counted during disassembly.

CARBURETOR ENGAGEMENT
• Position the throttle valve control lever
1 between the throttle
valve synchronizing screw and spring as shown.
CARBURETOR HEATER (E-02, 19)
• Apply thermo-grease to the threads and tighten the carburetor
heater.
)99000-59029: THERMO-GREASE
* Carburetor heater: 3 N·m (0.3 kgf-m)
Replace the O-ring
1 with a new one.
