FRONT AXLE
• Tighten the front axle

1 to the specified torque.
# Front axle: 65 N·m (6.5 kgf-m)
NOTE:
Before tightening the front axle pinch bolt

2, move the front fork
up and down four or five times.
• Tighten the front axle pinch bolt

2 to the specified torque.
# Front axle pinch bolt: 23 N·m (2.3 kgf-m)
BRAKE CALIPERS
• Tighten the brake caliper mounting bolts to the specified
torque.
# Brake caliper mounting bolt: 39 N·m (3.9 kgf-m)

After remounting the brake calipers, pump the brake
lever until the pistons push the pads correctly.
