• Invert the front fork and stroke it several times to drain out fork
oil.
• Hold the front fork in the inverted position for a few minutes to
allow the fork oil to fully drain.
• Remove the dust seal

• Remove the cylinder bolt

Hold the front fork cap bolt when removing it, or it will
jump out due to the spring pressure.
