INSTALLATION
• Align the edge of the inner tube with the upper surface of the
steering stem upper bracket.
• Tighten the front fork lower clamp bolts

# Front fork lower clamp bolt
1: 23 N·m (2.3 kgf-m)
• Tighten the front fork cap bolt
2 and front fork upper clamp
bolt
3.
# Front fork cap bolt
2: 23 N·m (2.3 kgf-m)
Front fork upper clamp bolt
3: 23 N·m (2.3 kgf-m)
FRONT FENDER
• Install the front fender.
NOTE:
Face the triangle mark on the front fender plate to the front side.
• Remount the front fender.
• Install the front wheel. (!5-11)
NOTE:
Before tightening the front axle and front axle pinch bolt, move
the front fork up and down four or five times.
)
After remounting the brake calipers, pump the brake
lever until the pistons push the pads correctly.
