Rear Brake Pedal Removal and Installation

Removal
1) Remove the master cylinder assembly. Refer to
“Rear Brake Master Cylinder Assembly Removal
and Installation (Page 4A-16)”.
2) Disconnect the rear brake light switch lead wire
coupler. Refer to “Rear Brake Light Switch
Inspection (Page 4A-4)”.
3) Remove the rear brake pedal as shown in the rear
brake pedal construction. Refer to “Rear Brake
Pedal Construction (Page 4A-18)”.
Installation
CAUTION
!
Replace the snap ring with a new one.
Install the rear brake pedal as shown in the rear brake
pedal construction. Refer to “Rear Brake Pedal
Construction (Page 4A-18)”.
