FUEL AND LUBRICATION SYSTEM 4-11
REMOVAL
• Remove the fuel tank. (94-3)
• Remove the air cleaner box. (93-3)
• Remove the fuel hose 1.
• Disconnect the throttle position sensor coupler 2.
• Remove the throttle cables 3 and starter plunger 4.
• Loosen the clamp screw and remove the carbureter.
DISASSEMBLY
• Remove the carburetor top cap 1.
• Remove the spring 2 and piston valve 3 along with diaphragm
4.
• Remove the jet needle cap 5, spring 6, retainer 7 and jet
needle 8.
