REMOUNTING
Perform the remounting work in the reverse order of the removal
procedures while observing the following instructions.
• Install the handlebers with the punch mark A aligned with the
handleber clamp as shown.
• Tighten the handlebar clamp bolts to the specified torque.

• With the stopper C engaged with the handlebar hole, assemble
the handlebar switch.
• Align the mating face of clutch lever holders with the respec-
tive punch marks D and tighten the bolt.
• Install the brake master cylinder. (95-18)
• Apply the grease to the throttle cables and assemble them to
the pulley.
/ 99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A”
• With the stopper E engaged with the handlebar hole, assemble
the handlebar switch.
NOTE:
The gap

between the handlebar clamp and holder should be
even.
NOTE:
The convex side of the washer
