REAR SPROCKET
• Tighten the rear sprocket nuts to the specified torque.

on the rear sprocket should face to the

• Install the retainer to the mounting drum as shown.
REAR WHEEL
• Tighten the rear torque link nut 1 to the specified torque and
install the new cotter pin.
" Rear torque link nut: 13 N

• Adjust the drive chain slack after installing the rear wheel.

• Tighten the rear axle nut 2 to the specified torque.
" Rear axle nut: 78 N

m (7.8 kgf

m)
• Tighten both chain adjusting nuts securely.
• Adjust the rear brake pedal free travel. (92-18)
