Cylinder Inspection
Check if the inner diameter of cylinder is worn
out or damaged.
Exhaust side Inlet side
Measure the cylinder inner diameter in X and
Y axis at three levels.
Top
Service limit：37.50 mm
Center
Calculate the taper and out of round at three
levels in X and Y axis. Take the maximum
value to determine.
Bottom
Service limit：
Out of round：0.05 mm
Taper：0.05 mm

Measure the cylinder upper surface for
warpage.
Service limit：0.05mm
