Kick Starter Disassembly

Remove the kick starter return spring.
Pull out the kick starter spindle and pinion
from the right crankcase.
Remove the thrust washer and kick starter
ratchet.
Remove the circlip and kick starter pinion.
Measure the inner diameter of kick starter
pinion.
Service limit：24.96mm
Measure the outer diameter of kick starter
spindle.
Service limit：24.80mm
