Place piston rings respective into cylinder
below 20 mm of cylinder top. In order to keep
the piston rings in horizontal level in cylinder,
push the rings with piston.

Measure the piston ring end gap.
Caution
z Use the piston head to push the piston
ring squarely into the cylinder.
Service limit： Piston ring
Top ring：0.5 mm
Second ring：0.5 mm
Measure the piston pin outer diameter.
Service limit：14.85mm
Measure the conrod small end inner diameter.
Service limit：15.07mm
Measure the inner diameter of piston pin hole.
Service limit：15.05mm
Calculate the clearance between the piston
pin and its hole.
Service limit：0.02mm
