10. Brake System

Installation
Install the brake caliper and tighten the lock
bolts.
Torque value：0.8~1.2kgf-m
Assemble the brake lever and connect the
brake light coupler.
Connect the brake hose with 2 new washers.
Tighten the brake hose bolt to the specified
torque value.
Torque value：3.3~3.7kgf-m
Make sure the hose is installed correctly.
Caution
z Improper routing may damage hose.
z Twist brake hose may reduce brake
performance.
Add specified brake fluid and bleed the
ystem.
