Air Bleed Operation
Connect a transparent hose to draining valve.
Hold the brake lever and turn the air-bleeding
valve open. Perform this operation several
times until there is no air bubble inside the
transparent hoses.
Caution:
z Before closing the air bleed valve, do not
release the brake lever.
Add Brake Fluid
Add brake fluid to UPPER limit lever.
Recommended brake fluid: DOT3 or DOT4
WELL RUN brake fluid.
Caution:
z Never mix or use dirty brake fluid to
prevent braking system deterioration or
reducing brake performance.
Brake Lining Wear
The indent mark on brake lining is the wear
limitation.
If the wear limit mark approximates the edge
of brake disc, replace the brake lining.
Caution:
z It is not necessary to remove brake hose
when replacing the brake lining.
