5.1.4.2 Replacing of castor wheel

Remove
• Unlock battery compartment on the LH side by removing the
screw from the locking system.
• Lay the machine on the LH side.
• Unlock battery compartment on the RH side by removing the
screw from the locking system.
• Open the battery compartment.
• Untighten the fixation screw with a 19 mm fork spanner.
• Remove the complete castor wheel and squeegee support.
Mount
• Assemble castor wheel and squeegee support according to e-
spares.
• Tighten the fixation screw with a 19 mm fork spanner.
• Lock battery compartment on the RH side with the screw of
the locking system.
• Lift up the machine.
• Lock battery compartment on the LH side with the screw of the
locking system.
Adjustment
Tighten the screw with 70 Nm.
Service
Apply gear/bearing lubricant (05/134) on the bush (05/114).
Apply adhesive locking (05/133) on screw (05/104).
