7.15. DISASSEMBLING THE HANDLES

For both the right and left HANDLES:
1. Grasp the HANDLE as shown in the figure at
left.
2. Using a 5-mm hex wrench, unscrew the
handle.
3. Remove the HANDLE.
The LEFT HANDLE has an inverse
thread and must therefore be unscrewed
by turning the wrench in a clockwise
direction.
To reassemble the HANDLES, carry out the
above steps in reverse order.
