7.16. DISASSEMBLING THE ALTERNATOR BRUSHES

Carry out the procedures described in paragraph
7.6. “Disassembling the right and left side
casings”.
1. Disconnect cable a from the alternator.
2. Back off the BRUSH group clamping screw
b using a medium Phillips screwdriver.
3. Remove the BRUSHES.
To reassemble the BRUSHES, carry out the
above steps in reverse order.
