12.1.3. DISASSEMBLING THE SEAT BAR

Carry out the procedures described in paragraphs
12.1.1. “Disassembling seat” and 12.1.1.
“Disassembling the stem guard”
1. Back off the screw a using a 6-mm Allen
wrench.
2. Remove the seat bar b and the adjustment
rod c.

To reassembly the seat guard:
3. Back off the adjusting pin d using a 10-mm
Allen wrench.
4. Remove the component e used for adjusting
the amount of play of the seat.

5. Insert the seat rod with its sticker facing
toward the adjuster pins.
6. Insert component e through the hole in the
machine frame.
7. Lock down the adjusting pin d so that it goes
inside the hole in component e.
8. Carry out adjustment of the seat bar as
instructed in paragraph 12.2.1. “Play of seat
bar”.
