connection already has it. Clients waiting for the write transaction with this mechanism

are processed in the order that their requests were received. This option is only allowed
if the client used the txnmode single option on its connect request.

Delete the IMSI from all IMEIs
This command is used to delete the IMSI from all IMEIs. This is the EIR specific IMSI, not the
G-Port/G-Flex IMSI.
The dlt_eir command is used to delete the IMSI from all IMEIs.
Parameters :
The IMSI(s) reference to be deleted from the IMEI.
