Checking Performance-222 DSO Operators
f. Position the rising edge at the trigger position to the center
vertical graticule line.
g. CHECK-for 0.1 division or less of rolloff or overshoot at the
front corner.
h. SET: CH 2 Coupling CH2 OFF

1 VOLTSIDIV 50 mV
i. Disconnect the Channel
2 probe tip from the test equipment
and connect the Channel
1 probe tip.
j. Vertically center the display.
k. Repeat part g for CH
1
I. Disconnect the test equipment from the oscilloscope.
7. Check Analog Bandwidth
a. SET: CH 1 VOLTSIDIV 0.5V
SECIDIV 5

b. Connect the Leveled Sine-Wave Generator output via a 50-ll
termination and BNC-to-male probe-tip adapter to the CH
1 Probe
tip.
c. Set the Leveled Sine-Wave Generator for a display amplitude
of
6 divisions at 50 kHz.
d. Set the SEClDiV to 50
ns.
e. Set the Leveled Sine-wave generator output frequency to
10 MHz.
f. CHECK-for at least 4.2 divisions of display amplitude.
g. Return the Sine-Wave Generator output frequency back to
50 kHz.
