Phase calculation: The frequency domain can be expressed in polar form. In this notation, real (Re[ ])& imaginary (Im[ ])
component in frequency domain are replaced with two other arrays, called the Magnitude is Mag[i], and the Phase is written
as: σ. The magnitude and phase are a pair-for-pair replacement for the real and imaginary parts.

i is the Index of harmonics.
Rel[i] is the Real component of the harmonics (Cos frequency).
Img[i] is the Imaginary component of the harmonics (Sin frequency).
