Error Messages
Most error messages are displayed on the sending unit. Depending on when the error
occurs during the transfer process, you may see an error message on the receiving unit.
Error Message Description
The sending and receiving units are not
connected properly, or the receiving unit is not
set up to receive.
The certificate on the receiving unit is not valid for
the operating system (OS) or App on the sending
unit. You must obtain and install a valid
certificate.
If the App no longer requires a certificate, you
can download it again from
the Texas
Instruments Web site at education.ti.com and
then install the App again on your calculator.
An error occurred during the transfer. The current
OS in the receiving unit is corrupted. You must
reinstall the product software from a computer.
Replace the batteries on the unit displaying this
message.
