AwirelessWANproblem
Problem:AmessageisdisplayedindicatingthatanunauthorizedWANcardisinstalled.
Solution:TheWANcardisnotsupportedonthiscomputer.Removeit.
Note:Dependingonyourcomputer,somemodelsdonothaveawirelessWANcard.
Bluetoothproblems
Problem:SounddoesnotcomefromtheBluetoothheadset/headphonebutcomesfromthelocalspeaker
eventhoughtheBluetoothheadset/headphoneisconnectedusingaHeadsetproleorAVprole.
Solution:Dothefollowing:
1.Exittheapplicationthatusesthesounddevice(forexample,WindowsMediaPlayer).
2.OpenControlPanelbyclickingStart➙ControlPanel➙HardwareandSound➙Sound➙Playback.
3.IfyouareusingaHeadsetprole,selectBluetoothHands-freeAudioandclicktheSetDefaultbutton.
IfyouareusinganAVprole,selectStereoAudioandclicktheSetDefaultbutton.
4.ClickOKtoclosetheSoundwindow.
Problem:PIMitemssentfromtheWindows7operatingsystemcannotbereceivedcorrectlyintothe
addressbookofanyotherBluetooth-enableddevice.
Solution:TheWindows7operatingsystemsendsPIMitemsinXMLformat,butmostBluetooth-enabled
deviceshandlePIMitemsinvCardformat.IfanotherBluetooth-enableddevicecanreceivealethrough
Bluetooth,aPIMitemsentfromWindows7mightbesavedasalewiththeextension.contact.
