Input
IN 2 Oil sensor motor Feedback to comtroller, whether the engine is running
IN 3 V Oil sensor motor. Check whether the engine is lubricated. The GND signal
activates horn no. 2 and removes the signal „run“(the engine
stops). Horn no. 2 stays on until the emergency stop on the
machine is activated.
IN 4 12v input tilt sensor. 12 V signal. If 0 V is longer than 1 second, horn no. 1 (Output
22) is activated, and 0 V (Output 14) on the tool will stop
Output PWM signals
Out 1 PWM signal for pump A forwards (coil EVP1)
Out 2 PWM signal for pump A Backwards (coil EVP2)
Out 3 PWM signal for pump B forwards (coil EVP3)
Out 4 PWM signal for pump B Backwards (coil EVP4)
Out 9 PWM signal – Electrically adjustable relief valve for connecting tools. When the switch is
activated (mower on), the current fluctuates from 0 to 1.32 A over a period of 5 seconds. Thus, the
tool connects softly. If output 15, 16, 17, 18 or 19 is activated, the current is set to 0.35 A, which
corresponds to approx. 70 bar.
Output on/off signals max 4 Amp
Out _EMS Emergency stop signal/„run“ signal. Turns in to 12V after activating the horn on the
remote control.
Out. 12 On/off Horn no. 2 warning - insufficiently lubricated engine. When activated, the signal
stays on until the emergency stop on the machine is activated.
Out. 13 Drain valve. The bypass valve in the valve centre. Out 13 is 12 V if Output
9,14,15,17,18,19 is in the ON position
Out. 14 On/off 12V. Tool on/off
Out 15 on/off 12V – lift cylinder up
Out 16 On/off 12 V lift cylinder floating position.
Out 17 On/off 12V – Cylinder in A direction.
Out 18 On/off 12V - Cylinder in B direction.
Out 19 On/off function – lift cylinder down, Out 16 activates together with out 19, when the lift is
lowering
Out 20 On/off 12V Brake. Activates after 3 sek. with oil pressure on the engine.
Out 21 Engine start on/off
Out 22 On/off Horn nr.1 12V. Activates automatically if input 4 has been 0V for more than 1 sek.
Or if the temperature of the hydraulic oil exceeds 85 degrees. Horn no. 1 can be switched on with
the remote control. When starting the machine, horn no. 1 automatically emits a signal that
connection has been established between the remote control and the receiver.
