3. Mount the bed on wooden skids for leveling and increasing the ground clearance. A straight 4x4"
(100x100mm) or 4x6" (100x150mm) are an ideal size for the wooden skids. If the skids are not a
solid one-piece section, make sure the seams of skids are offset from the seams of the bed frame.
