3.1.2 MEAS RANGE
There are two options in MEAS RANGE, which can be selected according to the impedance
and the DC voltage of DUT.
TH2523 has 6 AC impedance measurement ranges: 30mΩ, 300mΩ, 3Ω, 30Ω, 300Ω, 3kΩ.
TH2523 has 2 DC voltage measurement ranges: 6V, 60V.
TH2523A has 2 DC voltage measurement ranges: 30V, 300V.
Operation procedures are as follows:
Move to the RNG_R zone, the following items will be displayed:
 AUTO Set the RNG_R as AUTO.
 HOLD Switch the RNG_R from AUTO to HOLD. Since the RNG_R is set to
HOLD, the current measurement range will be locked and displayed in the
RANGE zone.
 ↑(+) Increase the range.
 ↓(-) Decrease the range.
Move to the RNG_V zone, the following items will be displayed:
 AUTO Set the RNG_V as AUTO.
 HOLD Switch the RNG_V from AUTO to HOLD. Since the RNG_V is set to
HOLD, the current measurement range will be locked and displayed in the
RANGE zone.
 60V (TH2523)/300V (TH2523A) Select the displayed voltage range
 6V(TH2523)/30V(TH2523A) Select the displayed voltage range
3.1.3 Measurement Speed
The measurement speed of TH2523 is decided by the following factors:
 Integral sampling period
 Average times (measurement times)
